Leadership Update at Noble Village Group!
We’re excited to share two important leadership updates at Noble Village Group.
After several years at Noble Fish Sushi & Market, Sam Lindsay is stepping into a new group-wide role as Data Systems Specialist. Sam’s deep operational knowledge will help strengthen our technology and systems across all locations, improving efficiency behind the scenes and creating a better experience for our guests.
We’re also proud to announce Ava Yau as Noble Village Clawson’s General Manager. Ava brings five culinary degrees, formal training in sushi and Japanese cuisine in Asia, Michelin-star fine dining experience, and leadership of large teams in Las Vegas casino and hotel kitchens. Her background uniquely positions her to lead Clawson into its next phase of growth.
